Jill AND Mary

Jillian Noel Shennessy, born November 25, 1968, in Canada is a Canadian performer and actress who has been acknowledged for her contribution to American television. She was the main character in the American TV series Law & Order, where she played prosecutor Claire Kincaid for three years. In Crossing Jordan she played Jordan Cavanaugh over six seasons. Hennessy showed her talent in independent movies like Chutney Popcorn or The Acting Class. Hennessy began her career in 1988along with her sister in the role of twin call girls in Dead Ringers. The actress briefly appeared in Buddy the Musical - The Buddy Holly Story at Broadway in 1990. Then, in 1993 Hennessy stepped out of the world of musicals to enter the genre of sci-fi as Doctor. Marie Lazarus. In the fall of that year, she was a part of in the ensemble cast of the NBC popular crime-drama Law & Order in the role as assistant district prosecutor Claire Kincaid. She mesmerized audiences in this character for three seasons before her departure in 1996. Mary Louise Parker.......................Mary-Louise Parker (born August 2 1964, height 5' 7 1/2" (1,71 m)) is an American actress best known for her current lead role on Showtime's television series Weeds portraying Nancy Botwin for which she has received several nominations and the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in 2006. Parker was a part of series and films such as RED Fried Green Tomatoes Boys On The Side, West Wing Angels in America and RED Fried Green Tomatoes. For these, she received a Golden Globe Award and Emmy Award. Parker received an award in 2001, the Tony Award as Best Actress in the Broadway production Proof.
